Will I ever stop feeling so tired??? - how long before benadryl clears hives
I have never stopped in the morning and tired all day. I know everyone says that an improvement, but for me it is not. Ethan is 2 years and 9 months and she is almost 13 months. He sleeps in the night 8-7. Ethan goes to bed at about 9pm and wakes up at 1-times a night.
The problem is that when I wake up in time to fall asleep again. In general, at least 1 hour. Then, of course, when I wake up thinking someone is crying, and no or only a cough or something. Then there's the time I wake up, so you can drive my center to the side to stop snoring. I think I have about 6 hours sleep most every night. I have tried everything to get back to sleep right away, watch TV, read a book, laying in the darkness, prayers, purify my mind, Benadryl, and even Ambien CR. Ambien CR is great, but I do not want a sleeping pill every night.
When I wake up in the morning, I was soooo tired. Just get up. So I get up and count the minutes until I can go back to sleep. Of course, nap time is not working normally. Maybe I get on the sofa in a 1 / 2 hours and sleep 45 minutes before someone wakes up again.
Nobody like that? What should I do? In response to the total lack of energy during the day? I do not want any coffee.
Thank you!
